Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring the hat's shape is protected, and include the provided packing slip.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new selection within 5-7 business days.
